Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

Emtia Tracker respects user privacy. All portfolio data (assets, transactions, price history) is stored locally on your device only. No personal or financial data is transmitted to our servers.

• No account creation or registration required
• No personal information (name, email, phone) is collected
• Portfolio data never leaves your device
• No analytics or usage tracking data is collected

2. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party APIs to display price data:

• CoinGecko - Cryptocurrency prices
• Yahoo Finance - Forex, BIST stocks, commodity prices
• Truncgil - Turkish market gold/forex prices
• Anthropic Claude AI - Portfolio analysis (Premium only)

Only anonymous price queries are sent to these services. Your personal data is not shared. We recommend reviewing each service's own privacy policy.

3. AI Analysis Data

When Premium users use AI portfolio analysis, portfolio summary data (asset names, values, profit/loss ratios) is sent to the Anthropic API. This data:

• Is not stored after analysis is complete
• Is not linked to your identity
• Is not shared with third parties
• Is not used for model training

4. Biometric Data

Face ID or Touch ID can be used for app lock. Biometric data is processed in Apple's Secure Enclave. The app cannot access, store, or transmit this data.

5. Subscription Data

Premium subscription transactions are fully managed by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card or payment information. Subscription status is stored locally on your device.

6. Notifications

Price alerts and DCA reminders work as local notifications. No server-based push notifications are used. Notification content never leaves your device.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

All your data is stored on your device and can be deleted at any time:

• In-app: Settings > Delete All Portfolio
• Full deletion: Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data

8. User Rights (GDPR)

You have the following rights:

• Right to access your data (all data is already on your device)
• Right to data portability (export via JSON backup)
• Right to deletion (in-app or by uninstalling)
• Right to object to processing

Since your data is not stored on our servers, you have full control.

9. Children's Privacy

This app is designed for investment tracking and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you learn that a child is using our app, please contact us.

10. Data Security

Sensitive data (app settings, preferences) is stored encrypted using Apple Keychain/Keystore. Database data is protected in the device's local storage.

11. International Data Transfers

Connections are made to third-party APIs for price queries. No personal data is transmitted in these connections; only asset codes (e.g., "BTC", "USDTRY") are sent.

12. Changes

When this privacy policy is updated, you will be notified via in-app notification and this page. Significant changes will require explicit in-app consent.

13. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
